Following a direct approach from the client, FGC was appointed on a Partnering basis to manage a major 4-year project to refurbish the exterior of the Borough’s PRC properties. A sophisticated rendering technique, together with replacement doors and windows, has given real aesthetic appeal – all completed with tenants in occupation.
